Alex assists in deal sourcing, investment underwriting, legal review, and investment implementation activities for the firm. Joining the WPG team in 2011, Neuss has provided project management, due diligence, market outreach, and investment review. Alex is currently focused on building WPG’s Rental Housing real estate investment portfolio. Neuss earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics at Willamette University.
